Opening of the Photography Exhibition “Beauty in the Middle”
This photography exposition was organised by the Nobel Women’s Initiative under the frame of their bi-annual conference.
Beauty in the Middle not only touches the topic of how rape is used as a weapon of war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, but how the survivors and activist take care of each other, help to rebuild their lives and campaing for justice.
