Silent Land is a documentary about the struggle of Moon, a small organic rice farmer against the big landowners. This documentary focus on the environmental issue of massive scale farming and the rights of the Cambodian people.

Moon sees how in her country a small elite has all the power and profits from the illegal sale of the land. She has experienced how other farmers were expeled out their land and how the massive sugar and rubber plantations are damaging the soil in her country.
